Refund policy

1. Overview At New London Technology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this Return & Refund Policy explains how to return eligible items, request exchanges, and receive refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return:

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened or used batteries.
  • Radios or equipment requiring licensing that has already been registered to you.
  • Custom-built or special-order items.
  • Clearance or “as-is” items.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software.

4. Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, description of the defect/damage, and photos if possible.
  • We will arrange for replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Packaging: Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all manuals, accessories, and parts.
  4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund.

7. Exchanges If you need to exchange an eligible product for the same item or a different model, contact us for exchange instructions. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
